I’ve had my fringe dyed unnatural colours for over a decade. I used to get it done in salons, then just bleached in salons, but after a while I learned to do it myself. It’s not all that hard and it can be done safely at home, depending on your hair type.
I get constantly asked what dye, where and how I do it so
I thought Gen insisted that I write a tutorial on how to do it.

I recently received my second Luxe Box, so here’s my overdue review of the May and June editions. Like I mentioned in my Glossybox entry back in May, I unsubscribed from that service and switched to Luxe Box instead. I disliked about Glossybox that what I received was pharmacy products, so I didn’t feel very excited about getting my monthly package in the mail. Fortunately, Luxe Box is a mix of low and mid range products so it’s more what I was expecting.
Anyway, I ended up unsubscribing after the June edition, because they will now be sending a bigger box every 3 months instead of being a monthly thing. To me, getting something in the mail every month was part of the excitement so I wasn’t too happy about that change. Hopefully, I won’t have to wait much longer before I can get the Top Box (Yes, I’m trying another one!)

Here’s a quick Glossybox review in pictures! I wanted to give beauty boxes a try and since Glossybox was the only one without a waiting list, I ended up subscribing to that one. For a $15 monthly fee, you get 5 beauty product samples in the mail to try. The samples are either a full sized product or at least a very acceptable size. This is what I received in my April box:
Aveeno Positively Radiant Daily Moisturizer
Marcelle Xtension Plus Mascara
Elizabeth Grant Madagascar Vanilla Shower Gel
Wella Brilliance Conditioner for fine to normal colored hair
Wella Brilliance Treatment for fine to normal colored hair
